Beginner/Intermediate Level 2 Workshop
This workshop is for any female aspiring to compete one day, has attended the Level 1 Workshop or has even competed on stage a few times!
We cover a variety of topics including what the judges are looking for and how the scoring works, the poses for your division, how to advance in the sport, training for your goals, how to prep your skin for a flawless tan, designing your competition suit, stage hair & makeup tips, what to expect show weekend and how to best prepare, lots of posing practice & so much more!
The complete schedule of speakers, topics, group breakout posing sessions, and more will be released on instagram and emailed to you as we get closer to the event.
Schedule of Events
This workshop will be all day on Saturday, June 29th with coffee & check-ins starting at 8:30am CST.
The workshop starts at 9am sharp and will end around 3pm. We will email you the full detailed itinerary well in advance!
Free suit consultations can be done before or after the workshop and on breaks with Deb from Angel Competition Bikinis.
Location
Sheraton Music City Nashville Hotel located at 777 McGavock Pk, Nashville, TN
Located near the Nashville Airport, our workshop will be held within this hotel's centralized and elegant meeting space. This hotel always accommodates our group in style.
There will also be a few vendors set up with suit styles, fitness apparel, supplements & more.
What To Bring
This is an all day event so come prepared by bringing any meals, extra water, or anything else you may need throughout the day.
Folders & paper will be provided, but in case you need extra writing space, bring a notebook & pencil.
Posing suits are optional, but heels are a must! It's very helpful to go ahead and get comfortable in your bikinis, but whatever you feel good in is fine for now!
